Who doesn’t now “fish and chips”, the legendary British food. We tried to made it and here is the recipe and the method.
Ingredients:
- 200g of plain flour
- 150ml of lager beer
- 150ml of ale
- 5g salt
- 5g pepper
- 5g of mild curry powder
Method:
- buying the right fish 😉 – ensure that the fish has no scales when you bying it
- stir the flour, salt, pepper, curry
- stir the beer in and mix to a thin dough
- now fry the fish
- eat the meal with Mayonnaise if you like it …
